Re: Office 2007 Installation

Try disabling any security software that you have running when you do the install.

did you have any office beta installed? try deleting the files in your windows temporary folder, in addition as already suggested, turn off your security software because it could be conflicting.

did you try the tips I gave you about the temporary files? In addition , I phrased my question wrong, did you ever have any office beta installed, even if you have since uninstalled it.

Also tell about your computer. cpu, ram, harddrive size and free space. In additon what video card. Finally is your office 2007 upgrade, oem, or full retail version. Are you trying to install a download or using the dvd. Finally if download, where did you get it from?

when the term security software is used, it means antivirus, antispyware or firewall. Do you have any of those installed and running?
