Outlook 2003 error msg opening .wmv attachment
I recently began getting the error message "The parameter is incorrect" whenever I try to open an email attachment like a .wmv or .avi file; something that requires windows media player. I can open power point files with no problem. I've searched for other reports of this problem but have not found any discussion threads. It's annoying to now have to save the attachment and then run it from the save folder. Any ideas how to correct it?
