Copying Styles
Hi all,
I have been trying to copy styles from a document into another one (in Word 2003), using the Organizer. The styles have the same names in both documents but for some reason, the styles in the second document are not how they should be (which is why I am trying to set them right by copying from a properly styled document). When I try copying styles with the organiser, it seems to work (I get prompted to accept the changes, etc.) but the copying then simply does not work. The styles in the target document stay as they are. I am now thinking there could be something in the target document that "locks" the styles and prevents them from being modified. Any ideas? |
