Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 email folders

I have set up a number of different folders in outlook, i.e., "Alerts", "Misc.", "ads", "Earthlink", "Gmail". I have 3 POP addresses that pull email off the servers.

Frequently, email that is downloaded to my PC from the servers will be found in three different folders. It gets downloaded three times either in the same folder and or different folders. Why is this happening and how do I stop it. If I get 13 emails, I really get 39 emails!

As i understand you are getting the same mail in three different folders , to resolve this issue , you need to check the Rules , for email which you are recieving.
