MS Accounting 2008 Pro Multiuser problem.
I have a 3 user licence.
I installed MS Acc 2008 Pro (UK Version) on 3 separate PCs (X-Y-Z)running XP SP3 I managed to network them. Installed accounting data on one PC (X) using MSSMLBIZ instance. From the other PCs (Y-Z), I pinged (X) = connection made. Hovever when I access company.sbc from say Y or Z, the program starts and I can easily enter data, but when I exit, I am unable to regain immediate access, access denied error/unable to locate company. I have to reboot and then I gain access again. the SQL for MSSMLBIZ is on automatic and started, and if it stops I put it to restart automatically with no delay. What could be happening ? as the rebooting bit is getting annoying. Thank you. Last edited by Lembutu; 04-07-2009 at 03:27 AM. |
