can't install Small Business edition 2003

I just recently had a computer problem that resulted in having to reinstall my operating system Windows 2000 Professional. I need to reinstall my Office Small Business Edition 2003, but my computer doesn't have the product key info for my office software info anymore. I tried using winkeyfinder but with no luck. I have the CD but the packaging with the product key information was probably tossed. Aack--how could I be so careless and not check for the product key # and list it somewhere safe? I can't afford to buy another software package and won't access those sites that share product key #s. My anti-virus program blocks those unsafe sites. Does anyone have a suggestion/solution? there really is nothing you can do if you no longer have the key. If office came with the computer, the key may be on the computer case.

My only other suggestion is to check out openoffice from openoffice.org. It is a free version office suite similar to microsoft office.

On a similar but different note. I have Small Business Office with publisher 2000. I don't have the CD. Can I buy the upgrade and install it, or will it not take? Big price differential with buying the new 2007 Small Business complete package. Thanks for your time.
