using Check Names to search by middle or second name
In outlook:
1. create a new email 2. type in a partial string and select "check names" 3. outlook will not return any contact unless the string matches the beginning of the full name, file as or display as. ie. Your contact is: Full name: Mary & Bob Smith File as: Smith, Mary & Bob Display as: Mary & Bob Smith If you type in Bob and hit "check names", your search will return 0 contacts. I have searched and played around with different plugins (xobni, lookeen ...) but none of them give the functionality I'm looking for. I'm looking for something, uncomplicated, that will return the contact above by searching for just "bob". (exactly like a blackberry does when creating a new email) Does anyone know a workaround, plugin, or addon that can basically make contact searching like the blackberry without a ton of complexity? Thanks in advance |
