Mail Merge only printing every other one

My user is using office2003 and has merged 800 fields and when she prints the labels it only prints every other one.
Does anyone know what might cause this?

When you say merged 800 fields, is that into 1 field? Is this in excel?

Yes, she has tried it from excel and word with the same results. What happens is it only prints every other name and address in the merge document.

Hmm, the only thing I can think of is going through the tools menu, options and the customize boxes and look at print settings. I remember from my excel class back in the caveman era that there were print options in one or both of those, as well as other places. I would play around with it and see what happens.
