Outlook 2007, Aaarrrrrggggg!
Hi all,
Have a user that's running Vista Home Premium and Office 2007. He called today saying that Outlook will not open. Well, it opens, but it automatically says comes up and says: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Well, it didn't give a solution. Solutions I've found and tried are: - Run SCANPST.exe. Found problems, attempted to fix but get the same msg. - Ran Office Diag and it didn't find anything wrong. Other possible fixes are to remove addins, but have not figured out how to keep Outlook open enough to remove them. Don't really want to hack the registry if I don't have to. Would greatly appreciate anything anyone has to offer. Thanks, Vkreeth |
