Outlook 2003 "locks up" during send/receive
After reinstalling Office (following a hard-drive crash), I'm experiencing a "lock up" in Outlook during send/receive. No matter what application I'm in (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point), the cursor "locks up," not allowing me to type during send/receive in Outlook. After reinstalling Office, I struggled with putting my saved pst files back in Outlook. Someone recommended that I reinstall Office. Before I go to the trouble, I'm looking for other solutions.
