Another Outlook issue
I am using word as my editor on Outlook 2003 Sp3. When I do a new message I get three different toolbars. Standard, e-mail, and attach as PDF. I go into toolbars and un-check the PDF toolbar and drag the email one to lay next to the standard one. I create my document and send it. On the next message the toolbars revert to the view from before. Somehow I am not saving the setup to my default template.

Re: Another Outlook issue
Actually that setup is not a function of your default template. Your default template only affects the look and format of the email itself, not the program settings. It's possible that you're using Word as your default editor and that toolbar is coming in as part of that. If you're not using word, then you can change some of the toolbars and such by creating a new message, click on TOOLS>CUSTOMIZE and you'll see different toolbar options.

Re: Another Outlook issue
ok that is an interesting ting. You are right. When I turn off using Word as the editor the problem goes away. but that still leaves the question of how I can use Word AND have the toolbars appear correct.
