Hebrew Spellcheck Office 2007 working only partially

Hi
I have the English version of Office 2007 installed (windows xp). I have recently installed the Hebrew Language Pack, but the spelchecker works only partially. That is, it recognizes repeating words, but no spelling mistakes.
I checked my langugae settings and the proofing settings and everything seems fine. I also do not get an error message.
What might be the problem?

Maybe you need to define or specify dictionary and thesaurus? These may be missing for Hebrew.

I did install the Hebrew Language pack, and all the language and proofing settings seemed fine. I thought that this should be enough. Was I wrong?
