Power Point Crashes During Slide Edit...
Office 2k7, Win XP SP3.
I have a system that when multiple users attempt to edit a power point table slide. It appears the system attempts to open Excel. At this time, PP brings up a dialog box that states there was an issue and you need to restart PP. Excel does not open. When you click ok, PP stays but then Excel opens with a blank page. Both programs then work without issues (and without restarting.) I've looked at permissions and registry settings but could find nothing wrong. I've also verified the file type settings. The issue happens for multiple users on one machine. The PPS can be edited elsewhere without issue. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for you time. |
