Setting Outlook 2000 to retreive Emails Automatically.
Hey Guys,
I was wanting to know how you can set Outlook 2000 to retreive emails for an Exchange server automatically and place them in an inbox which stores the actual emails on the local machine I use. Like when you login, I want 2 sets of folders on the folder list at the left hands side. (one for the exchange server and one for the local machine) This is how it's setup on all other computers apart from this one and would like to know how it is done. Thanks in advance.

Re: Setting Outlook 2000 to retreive Emails Automatically.
there are 2 options you can follow
1) create rule to save a copy of message on a local pst file 2) use the backup tool to backup your emails regularly. |
