Office 2003, Word, AutoColor upon "[" or "]"
Hi, using Word 2003, I use 50% gray color whenever text is enclosed in brackets, as this [comentary text] within translation text. I would like to have a way for automatically insert the 50% gray whenever the "[" character is typed (before it and including the character) and return to 100% black after "] " is typed.
I tried but was unable to produce such results. Thank you for any help, it will speed up my work considerably. I also would like to have a macro that could scan an open file and produce such 50% gray whenever it finds a text enclosed in brackets. wagner. |
