Word 2007 Manging Office Add In

I have full version of Adobe Acrobat Professional Version 8.0.

I have Office 2007. Up until recently, after creating a doc in Word, I could click, top right button, to covert doc to pdf. then, some crash or something, and that option is gone. I went to "circle logo" for office, then to manage office add ins. Click on what says is "disabled" office add ins, Adobe PDF maker, attemting to turn it on, and get error code that says, "the connected stae of Office Add-Inns registered in HKEy_Local_Machine cannot be changed.

How do i get my simple PDF add on to work again??

have you tried to repair office 2007
FYI there is a pdf tool released by MS. you can use that to save the files in pdf format.
go to MS office website and search for save as pdf addin tool.
