Problems Opening Word Documents in Outlook
We have recently loaded Office 2007 with the new version of Word and Outlook onto our machines that are running XP Professional. After loading the new Office 2007 we have difficulty opening up both 2003 and 2007 versions of word when they come as attachment to emails. The 2003 documents open very slowly and the 2007 documents many times wil not open at all and outlook pops up and error that it is no longer responding. Plus we can not save 2007 Word documents that are attached to emails. When you try right click on the attachment to save the word file it will not save it in Word. We have run all the most recent updates of Word, Outlook and XP and have turned of the Antivirus programs and nothing has helped. Any help would be appreciated.
