Help with Outlook 2007 needed
Hi. I have a problem with Outlook 2007. I am monitoring email from seven different accounts and only one particular account kept asking me for the password from time to time. I have already checked the option "Remember password", but it still happens periodically. The password for that account is definitely correct, so any ideas why it is doing this to me?

Re: Help with Outlook 2007 needed
Where I work customers sometimes have this issue, what we have them do is type the domain name (exmple) solo\ lirish then tab to password and put it in. This usually happens once and after they type the domain name in before user id,it doesn't happen again.

Re: Help with Outlook 2007 needed
I see. However, for my case, our userid is the email address itself, i.e. myself@mycompany.com
We are not using an internal mail server but an external third party service provider, so I don't think the domain name thing is applicable. |
