mail merge

When I am trying to do a mail merge, after I complete the merge, some of the fields from excel are not showing up, ie: the address and city. I have made sure the "set print area" is off. How can I get all those merged fields to show up on my letter?

This may be a dumb question, but are you making sure that you are inserting the correct fields from the Database fields or the Address Block?

Yes, I am inserting the correct fields. "0" just shows up when I complete the merge.

There are some Field Codes that can be associated with merge fields. I don't use them often, but there are several sections in MSWord Help that might help.
