Outlook Express: When attaching a file to an e-mail, browsing returns a link instead.
OE: When the "paperclip" is clicked and browsing starts and a folder-shortcut is clicked it returns that shortcut rather than just opening the folder so that the correct file could be selected for attachment. The only way to get it to work is to "right-click" and then choose "Open" to move to the folder. before I used OE, I was able to just "double-click" the shortcut to get to the folder.
