Publisher 2002 activation issues

I am installing Publisher 2002 to my new computer. WHen I wen to activate it, I was told that it was already activated on amnother computer (duh) and it could not be activated on my new one. How do I proceed?

Call Microsoft's number in the activation window?

If it is active on another pc, then it's license is in use. 1 license, 1 pc.
