Hi,
I'm trying to amalgamate two docx (one is 170 pages long, the other is 420 pages long) that share a large number of their paragraphs, but these paragraphs appear on different pages and in a different order in the two docx — which is OK — but I need a way to eliminate these non-sequential duplicate paragraphs in the amalgamated final version where I combine the two docx. When I try "Combine" on the "Review" tab, it hacks up some of the longer unique paragraphs from the 420 page document, and then "sprinkles" bits and pieces of it throughout the new combination document. I'm using Word 2007 on a Vista computer. Any ideas? |
