Make it stop!!

I installed Office 2003 and had to activate it over the phone. Now when I start Outlook the elu agreement keeps popping up asking me to accept it. I do each time. How do I make it stop? Have Vista.

Re: Make it stop!!

tell about the office you have install, is it an upgrade, student edition, full version? What does it say on the cd? if upgrade what version was used to justify the upgrade. Do you have any other microsoft products installed? If so which ones?

does it ask for the agreement with any other features of office?

anyway - see if the following helps http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884202/en-us

Re: Make it stop!!

It is office 2003. I have Office 2007 Home and Student, also activated over the phone because, same reason, they assumed I was using more than 2 computers--I did not. I changed the computers I use them on.

Re: Make it stop!!

That worked for 2003. But now Home and Student 2007 is constantly reconfiguring--in a loop I think.

Re: Make it stop!!

More information as I search the web--I do run Vista and it seems to happen when I send or receive email in Outlook 2003--Home and School simply reconfigures each time. It may be tied to User Accounts, but I have given everyone but the local groundhog permission, and it still happens. I have disabled User Accounts, but that makes the security center crazy, so I shut that down (not a good thing!). Any advice?
