Reduce Size of Outlook Data File????
I have been going through my Outlook folders and deleting unwanted messages (and then deleting deleting i.e. permanently), and now all the message files in my Outlook take up about 150 mB of space.
But when I look up the data files in order to do a .pst scan and repair, the file size says 2 gB (or 2000 mB). Does anyone have an explanation of the discrepancy? [if it helps, here is where I find that data file - C:\Documents and Settings\(my name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook] |
