How to clear remembered emails in Outlook?

I have someone who when they enter the letter J in the address field three remembered addresses appear. They want outlook to "unremember" two of those names. I realize she'll probably have to do all three, but that's fine. I looked all around in the outlook settings, but couldn't find anything. I also deleted all her temp files and cookies and all that stuff.

If you are talking about the To: line in Outlook, when you type the J and the three drop down, highlight/choose the one you want to delete and hit the Delete key.
