MSAccess 2000 queries & Reports not displaying properly

have a small Access 2000 database (35MB) which has 3-5 different reports
ran from a query button. The following are my issues:

1. Whenever I open up the database, and display the reports, the report is
not centered. Once I center and save the report in form view and reopen the
report, it reverts back to the previous off-centered setting.

2. My database starts up with a menu form. I want to be able to close the
entire application when exiting the form.

3. I have three queries that are activated by a button on the main startup
form. I would like to restrict viewing of these queries to designated
personnel only.

I would also like to able to have the report display properly on different
monitors. some monitors display the database properly while others (set to
another resolution) display the database partially. Thanks in advance.
