Outlook 2003 - faulty reinstall of rules

I have had to reinstall winxp pro. Before doing that I backed up everything - Emails, contacts etc to a .pst file, and rules to a rule file.

After reinstalling together with all windows and office updates, both sp3, I then reinstalled my Emails and rules.

There were two problems that I have experienced -
- more than one Contacts file. Only one has items in it so that it is possible to delete the others. There was no duplication of personal files.

- When I imported the Rules file, it looked Ok as it showed moving and copying files to the correct directories. As soon as I tried to use the rules, Outlook gave an error message saying that there was a problem with one or more of the rules. On looking at the rules, the directory shown says specified directory which now nneds editing to the correct one.

Any suggestions as to how to correct this without editing the rules individually as there are about 70.

Thanks
