my microsoft office word document wont print

I have been trying to print my word document. the writing prints but if there is a table or image it wont show up on the printed document. Can anyone help please!

Do tables and graphics show up if you print to pdf?

If not, then it's probably a setting in word. If the images show up in the pdf, then the problem may be in the printer driver.

I thought I remembered seeing something about a setting to print text only for proofreading, but I can't find it now. It may have been in an earlier version of Word (I have Office 2007) or it could have been in a different application.
