Problems with Outlook 2007
My primary email account provider is Gmail. When I send an email from GMAIL to a SPECIFIC person this person recieves my email. However, I use Outlook 2007 to manage my email , contacts etc.
When I send the SAME email to the SAME person above, they do not recieve the email. Help! Any suggestions as to why only this person is not recieving my emails when sent from Outlook 2007 |

Re: Problems with Outlook 2007
Have you tried adding that e-mail address to your "Safe Recipient List" in Outlook?
Does the message show up in your Sent folder? or Draft folder? Does the message go to the recipient's Spam folder? I know this one's obvious, but it is often overlooked. Are you using the correct e-mail address in Outlook? If it was everyone, I'd say check your smtp setting, but since others receive your e-mails, I doubt that's the problem. The other common problem is that your e-mail address somehow got into your recipient's Spam list. But since that person receives e-mail sent direct from gmail, this, too is doubtful. Do you receive any error messages or "bounce" e-mails? If so, you may need to go through G-mail's help / Trouble shooting until you get to the "My problem isn't listed" and send them the specifics. In addition to what they request, I suggest sending your friend's domain in your message.
