Multiple copies of the same email

I keep receiving multiple copies of the same email sometines its 5 or 6 even more same emails, I get this from different people, my inbox gets full and I have to manually delete, I have no rules set, Im using gmail in outlook 2003.

If you are getting the same e-mail from different people.
If so, there's not much you can do.

If you are getting the same email from the same person for several different people.
Check to make sure the "Leave on Server after download" option is off. Otherwise you will download the same e-mails every time you check your e-mail.
