I'm such a newbie, I can't even tell if I got a good thing. I recently purchased a refurbished Dell 610. It came with MS Office. I'm guessing this was a corporate computer due to all the stuff on here. I'm having some difficulty with working with the Office Part. Should I take it off? I can't get it to print either. What's really bad is I have some work on there I need and can't print it. It's still under warranty and I thought about sending it back.

Re: I'm such a newbie
So the printer is working and printing test pages? Is the printer a netwrok printer or is it physically attached to the computer? Try going to start > printers and faxes > located your printer right click it and go to properties and print a test page. Also secondly make sure the printer is set as default printer or select the printer that is yours in the print setup. I would also remove all the other printers that are not being used and make sure also that you are not part of any domain and part of a workgroup. Please if you need further help give me a shout
