Access: Data Access Page over the internet

Hi,

can someone help me on how to setup a data access page with its corresponding Microsoft Access database both on a web server.

I'd like to place both files on my user account of a web server (I do not administer it myself). All help I have seen simply state, that you have to change the "ConnectionString" Property with the appropriate relative web path, but nobody actually shows, what is to be done and how it should look like.

Both files are located in a subfolder of the main entry named "AccessDatabase". I tried several variants of e.g. "http://www.website.ch/peter/AccessDatabase/db1.mdb" through "../AccessDatabase/db1.mdb" or simple "db1.mdb", nothing works.

I even found on the Microsoft Page, that you should change the "UseRemoteProvider" Property to "TRUE" but it didn't help either.

Can somebody help me...

Thank you in advance

Peter
