Disable Reply to All Button

Microsoft office 2003 Professional. Is there a way to disable the reply to all button. My boss is tired of people just hitting reply to all causing havok on our email and email archiving software.

Two easy solutions:

1. When your boss sends out an email to everyone, use blind carbon copy so that people don't see who else it goes to (and thus, can't reply to all of them).

2. Employ the use of groups on your directory server and set rules as to who can send email to a group.

He wants to physically disable the reply to all button. Now I know there is a way to create a macro and deploy on the target users outlook but I dont know exactly how to do it. Anyone ever tried this?
