Add a sound clip to an email - how to??

How does one add a sound clip to a microsoft outlook email.
I created an invite and coverted it to a "save for Web in Photoshop" so that when the email is opens it is an image in the body of the email, as opposed to being an attachment.
I'd like to have a sound clip begin playing at the moment the email is open. (It's a party invite, Hawaiian theme, and having "tiny bubbles" eminated from the email would be very "ya-ya!")
Maybe this should be a power point slide? How do I do this?
Or maybe even simpler, a Publisher file? How do I do this?

I'm revisiting this, because I didn't get very far.
Any insight is welcomed. Could it be that it is an option that needs to be turned on so the sound clip can play, or by doing so it makes the file too large? Or is this really better supported by another application and then sent as an enclosed file?? Happy Holidays and Thank you.
