Uninstall Office 2007 Standard

When I try to uninstall office 2007 I get the message product installation has been corrupted. Run set up again using the CD. When I use the Cd, I get the message office standard 2007 has encountered an error during installation

Yes, I can still enter office. That support from microsoft seems very complicated to me.
