outlook 2003 problem

I use Comcast web mail to download email to Outlook 2003.When I receive email Outlook displays my email address as the sender.Comcast says this is an outlook problem.I have 2 users on this account,both configured the same way One works correctly but the other doesn't Any Ideas?

Problem solved. went to outlook "help" and in VIEW i reformatted the columns to add a "from" sender
