[SOLVED] Microsoft .NET Framework question.
Hello all,
I have my microsoft updates set to ask me when it wants to download and install an update. At this time Its showing 2 .Net Framwork security updates. I have declined 2 already that where well over 22 mb each. Ive read up alittle on Net framework but am still not sure if I need these updates. Is .NET framework installed with an OS? Im using XP home now with SP2. Do I or should I have this installed? I cant stand the way Microsoft tries to force updates, so I am very selective about which ones I download and install. How important are these updates if I do indeed have .NET framework? Thanks P.S. The only other MS program I have installed is Word.
