Mac Microsoft Office 2004 WORD. "Page Setup" option missing

I have Microsoft Word 2004 on Mac OS X (10.4)

I have unwittingly deleted/uninstalled the 'page setup' option from within the File menu.
There are ways to work around it (Format>document>page setup), but I'd rather like to have the original option back.

Does anyone know how to fix this? A google search is fruitless, as I think the search terms are all too vague.

Any idea how it happened, so I can avoid it in the future? Also, knowing how it might have happened might help us work out how to reinstate the menu option without having to go through the rigmarole of reinstalling.
