Exchange shared calendars!

I need to know if anyone knows if there is a way to sync a shared calendar in outlook to the primary calendar in outlook. Then when a individual wants to check for anything on the shared calendar it will appear on his primary calendar.

I'm not aware of any ability to do that, however you can show both calenders at the same time. What is it that you're trying to accomplish?

I'm trying to make it so that i can sync a shared calender with a PDA phone. I was told the only way of doing it was through third party software or making the shared calendar the primary one. However after all my research i have found nothing on how to do it.
