Outlook 2003 Encounters a Problem

Hey there,
I've been recently experiencing a problem with Outlook 2003 when I go to close it. It closes fine, but shortly after I close it (at the same time it closes from the notification area) it pops up with a window that says it encountered a problem and needs to close. (See attached image) I am running the latest update (SP3 for Office) and AVG nor Panda online scan could find any issues. I am leery of restoring the OS to a later date because I'm not entirely sure when this started. I've looked on here for a similar issue, but the ones I've found don't exactly describe this particular issue. Does anyone know what is going on or experienced anything like this. I know I can uninstall Office and reinstall, but I'd thought I ask here first. Thanks in advance.....

hellow, I am Balan, Can u provide me the build numner for Outlook 2003. Open Outlook and go to Help click About, you will find a number starting with 11.XXXX.XXXX along with this, u will also have service pack. You can also start Outlook in Safe mode by closing Outlook, go to start / run, type Outlook /safe. check if you get the same behaviour in safe mode as well. Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8202) SP3

Also, it works correctly when opening and closing in safe mode. Thanks so much for your help.
