printing problem with excel, very challenging
I am trying to print an entire workbook to PDF, and have it save in the same place every time, by pressing a button. Does anyone know of a way to start adobe pdf maker and tell it to make a pdf with a macro? So far I've been able to start adobe, but not have it make the PDF. I've been stumped for a while now, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Dan |

Re: printing problem with excel, very challenging
Which version of Adobe are you using? If it's the free Adobe Reader, then it doesn't create pdf's just reads them.
My solution is CutePDF. Once installed, your computer thinks it's a printer and you can choose it from any application that can print. The free version of CutePDF will not create pdf forms or permit pdf modification, but the Pro version does almost as much as Adobe Acrobat.
