names addressess,birthdays etc list- how do i

I want to make a list of my family, brothers sisters aunts and uncles etc, with their addresses, phone numbers email addresses and birthday.
I want to include relationships to each other ,ie children, husband- wife etc.
Is there a way to do this with Office that would give me a clickable list so that i could go from one to another.

So if I looked up Christopher , it would tell me where he lived etc and have a clickable link to his children and their details.

Any help appreciated

You can use Outlook to do that. My contacts are on palm because I use Eudora for mail not outlook. Same principle though. Should be able to do it with an address book.
