Cannot open links in Outlook 2003/XP
Greetings, I am unnable to "click" on links contained in Outloook 2003 messages. Error message says that "must contact administrator" settings prohibit access to........... I have reveiwed my settings on this machine but cannot figure out fix. Have read in a few forums that I have to go into the registry to fix and that scares me as I have never altered the registry. AM open to any help/suggestions! Appreciated.
