error message when trying to reinstall ms office 2007
When trying to reinstall ms office 2007 I get a message that says "MS Office & Student 2007 encountered an error during setup." I've tried several things offered by ms support but nothing works. Can anyone help?

need clarification - are you installing MS Office and Student version? Is it the full version or trial? If full did you had the trial installed?
what medium are you installing from, a download, a burned disk or the retail version disk?
