Regarding facing problem in Excel Sheet
Sir when i m open the excel sheet i m facing problem like given below
Excel cannot access 'file1.xls'. the document may be read only or encrypted. after that when i m click on OK it show another error. error is given below cannot access 'file.xls' |

does it exist, could it have been deleted and you are trying to access it through an open Excel window in the 'File' tab or shortcut? Or is it in a folder that has the file in it?
you also seem to be with two different files, note the first one has a number 1, and the second one doesn't Quote:
