Automating Outlook Contacts backup

Hi

In order to fit on a memory stick, I would like to backup just 'Contacts'. I know that I can do this by using the Export command. However, I would like to automate this process. Is there a way of my backing this up, without intervention, once daily ?

I am using Microsoft Office 2003.
