How can I remove the hyperlinks from all entries in a table at one click?

I have all the rows of a table filled with students' names, and they have hyperlinks attached to them. I want to remove these hyperlinks, but can only find a way to remove them one row at a time. Is there any way to remove ALL of the hyperlinks at one shot?

table in what? excel, word, or other? also what version of whatever?
