Outlook 2007 portable? Do you mean one that would be used for a Windows Mobile device? Typically that is provided on the disks that you may have received with your phone or it has been preloaded on there. You might want to check here for more information.

by continuously replying to yourself, you are making it less likely someone will help you since everyone who helps looks at post count to see if it looks like help is being given.

To answer your question, I do not believe there is a portable version of outlook. If there is, you can purchase it at microsofts website as you can with all their other software.
