Lost address book in Outlook

Hello.
I would really appreciate some help. I have recently downloaded and started using the latest Microsoft Outlook to replace the Office 2000 version I had. I have just gone to send an email out to my business database and have realised that none of my database of addresses has been transferred over to my new outlook. This is a disaster for me as I have no idea how to find these contacts again. Can anyone help me please?

Re: Lost address book in Outlook

Is there anything in your contacts folder? If not, perhaps you can try reimporting from your old .pst file. What version did you "download and install" and where did you download it from?

Re: Lost address book in Outlook

HI, Thanks for the reply. No there is nothing in my contacts folder. I have had the 2007 Office installed, a friend did it for me so I am not sure where it has come from and he can't solve the problem. The .pst file, how do i import it from there?
