Problem with powerpoint view on another computer!!!

I desperately needs help with this issue cause it's driving me crazy..

There's this problem from powerpoint only when viewed in different computer:

This is the correct format when viewed on my pc:

But when viewed on another pc, it comes like this:

For the problem faced on another pc, re-creating profile helps only for awhile but the problem will re-surface again. Even reformat the pc again also doesn't help. Re-installed office, same problem..

Strange thing is, it only happens to this particular HP Pavilion 7700 Desktop PC, whereas my pc is HP d325.

Anyone knows how to help me?!

Re: Problem with powerpoint view on another computer!!!

Looks to be more about the font or font sizes on the "other PC".

What are these pictures of? Are the text boxes or tables? Have you tried altering the cell algnment, if they are tables?

Re: Problem with powerpoint view on another computer!!!

Thanks for the reply,
It's tables.

For the cell alignment, it doesn't only affect this file, but other powerpoint files as well.
It would be kinda tedious if each and every file needs to re-adjust it. =x

Re: Problem with powerpoint view on another computer!!!

So, these text labels ARE within the tables, yes? You're not trying to "match up" text with the table are you?

Check default font by creating new files on each machine then see what size font starts as the default.

It almost looks as if there is a text box over a table, as opposed to having the text actually in the table.
